Microsoft Word Workshop
Microsoft© Word is an extremely versatile word processing application. In knowledge management, it is useful when updating an older set of policies and procedures for its ability to recognize and convert other document types into a unified corporate template. Word has functional add-ons and can perform complex functions such as macros, styles, templates and formatting. It is the format of choice for CKI when creating electronic documentation, and is essential for WinHelp online libraries.
CKI offers a comprehensive workshop in Microsoft© Word to create "power users." Learn not only key functions but also many timesaving shortcuts, how to create and run macros, and many tools to use Word professionally. Completion of this course will fulfill the prerequisite for CKI's Beginner's Online Help Workshop.
